One thing that we are consistently impressed with is you, our customers. From the brilliance of your engine builds to your support and enthusiasm throughout our Steam Traction World journey, thus far. We also love the team spirit, the community that comes together during the build months and at steam shows. We are all a steam family and, at times like this, we need all our families be it blood or steam in our veins. With more and more people looking to spend time at home (and workshops) we’d like all steam enthusiasts, from around the world, to keep in contact with us and with each other
Whatever happens with the COVID-19 (Corona Virus), this platform will continue to run offering the latest news and updates from Steam Traction World – our forum, too is the ideal place we can all stay in touch. We’ll be posting stuff and we’d encourage you, more now than ever, to like, share, comment, enjoy, cringe, cry, take the mickey or whatever you can do to help yourself and others feel together. Self isolation doesn’t mean anyone has to be completely isolated. Let’s get through this and meet at the other side of the rainbow.
and the logo?
It’ll remain a rainbow whilst this crisis is still happening. Nobody, at present, can tell how long that will be.
Rainbows have been popping up in the windows of homes across the world to help spread a bit of cheer.
In a time where everything seems so, so bad, there are glimpses of happiness and hope. There are so many people offering to help others, help to our key workers, neighbours and even strangers. These acts of kindness aren’t being reported much so we plan to scour the world for good news stories. We’ll post them on here, along with a whole host of stuff we have planned, feel free to share the good and together we’ll overcome the bad.
Thank you for your continued support, let’s all stay connected and raise a glass for the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, 8th May.
